"The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Pier 39 and union square and also buses to the Golden Gate Bridge. We arrived early and our room was ready to check in. The front desk (Damien) went all the way to help us to solve the luggages issue that we face. He shared useful information. Very happy with the place, location and service provided."

"The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful. The room where I stayed at, I was hearing a bit of the next door neighbor's tv. I also did not get to use the beautiful Fairmont robes. Probably they forgot to put clean ones there that day. At the restaurant the person cleaning the tables was such a wonderful man I forgot his name I give him 5 stars for his service. The other staff a bit slow to come by the table to check on you or pay the bill. Other than that it was such a lovely...

"It was a nice stay except we had to call the service team twice as the ceiling was leaking in the hallway upon arrival. We also asked to have our car charged over night, which they failed to do, which was very disappointing. "
