I was alittle lost finding the driveway to the property, so I called the property and the gentleman at the front desk waited outside to flag me in. "This was perfect. It'd be fun to go with a group and rent all the cottages. It's a short walk to a small beach and also a short walk to a great restaurant, El Pescador Fish Market (Ate there 3 times on a four day stay) and a great surf shop, Mitch's surf shop. It would be perfect if it was on the beach. Also, don't miss The Taco Stand. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The check-in process was super simple and the location was incredible! Everything was well laid out and the view was spectacular. We ran into a bit of foggy weather, but when the sun came out it was wonderful to sit outside and listen to the ocean. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was really nice. We were super happy with the air conditioning with the heat wave that week. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, the kids loved the water slide. Getting to restaurants was around a 10 minutes drive. They do have a restaurant there but we didn’t try it. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our visit to Fox Kit Cottage was just what we needed. This home is in a quiet, safe, small neighborhood, just far enough off Highway One to avoid traffic noise, while super convenient to head out. The home is surrounded by gorgeous landscaping with flowers in bloom, even in September. The place was very clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable. The large deck has an unobstructed view of the ocean, where we could watch Pelicans, Red Tail Hawks, a Great Horned Owl, Sea Gulls, deer…on a beach...

"The location was great for walking to Model Bakery, Fatted Calf and Gott's Roadside, plus easy access to 29 for our visits to Oakville, Yountville, etc. We had a fantastic four days. The place was perfect for two couple with all the needed amentities, and the host was amazing. She was flexible with our schedule and provided plenty of great ideas for our time in Napa and SanFrancisco. We highly recommend staying here and would defintely stay again when we return to Napa. "

"We enjoyed our stay here- the beach is so close so we were able to get down to the beach daily, even though we were here for redwood hikes. A note about being close to the waterfront, there is a foghorn that is constant - most of our family was able to adjust to it but the most sensitive needed earplugs at night. Loved that the checkout process was simple, we didn’t feel like we were doing a million things to get out of the house. "

"Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well. "
