"Easy walk to Sam's Chowder House"

"Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down about 5 steps and management did not show any concern. Small room with no television and someone was yelling off the balcony at all times of the night right next to us. Had to pay $250 dollar deductible fee besides room cost. Horrible place. "

To access the unit you have to go up a tiny steep street that most Ubers won’t drive up. The unit itself is one level but there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance. "Great property! Owner is very accommodating and property well taken care of. Convenient location with easy access to 101 and Stanford. Parking in driveway saves headache of finding parking on the street. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great Staff, friendly and prompt. Check in was great - one of the toilets did not flush and not crazy about the shared bathroom with the low water flow. I understand the hotel building is pretty old but it was clean."
