"The Bay Bridge Inn was a lovely place to visit and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the walls seemed to be a bit thin as outside noise was easy to hear. But it being secluded gave it a lovely charm and the on site parking was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and had a much needed heater after a long night in the cold San Francisco air. I would definitely return in the future if and when I return to the San Francisco area."

The room was spotless, the mattress protected, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "The staff was very rude/ tried to get us away from their desk as quickly as possible with as little information or interaction as possible. The room was way smaller that pictured online. Rooms have paper thin walls, and ours was next to a Main Street. All outside noises basically sounded like they were taking place inside the room. 24/7 homeless people screaming, and police sirens racing outside our window. Also, there was no AC, and only a heater?? I honestly wish I could get a refund, and...
