"We only stayed at this hotel for a 12 hour layover. For that, the hotel met all our expectations. Both the evening and morning shuttle drivers were great and safe. The front desk was very friendly. If you’re looking for room service, not your place although plenty of food options nearby. The only part I was surprised on was there was only 1 washcloth and hand towel (3 bath towels). "Homeless people around property. Sheriffs came to hotel due to some guy on site. Staff was not very friendly and more concerned with security than hospitality. Room was fine. A little noisy. Clean and adequate. Bed was a little soft and pillows flat and hard. But for the price, it was adequate. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here , minus one minor incident. The staff was really nice and helpful. The view was stunning. I mean it took my breath away each morning. The sound of the water and the peace and calmness. "

"The property is older and shows the wear and tear. But the bed was comfortable, check in was easy, we were able to park somewhat close to our room. It fit our needs as a location close to UCSF and easy to get to. "

"My family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. We’ve stayed other places and didn’t sleep or feel safe. This location was perfect. 5 minutes from the convention center and a good well lit area. We’ll be staying here for now on. Rate was great also. "
