"Checked in around after 4pm. Also, found bra and had no towels in room when went to shower. Called and had to wait around 30 min for them to arrive. Other than that I love Mandalay Bay. Great location and valet is very convenient "

"I loved how close we were to Universal parks/City Walk. I also loved the amenities provided at the hotel such as pool, splash pad, lazy river and slide as well as arcade and bowling alley. I didn't like the check in process, it was a long wait just to check in(I understand it was spring break which tends to be extra busy in Florida, but I feel like it could be more streamlined, felt underwhelmed compared to check in process at Disney hotels).
