"I love this family-friendly place! When we checked in, the employee at the front desk offered us the option to upgrade to a suite. We paid a little extra for the junior suite, and it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of space for our kids to play, and the beautiful view of San Francisco was a bonus. One interesting feature of the room was the large windows in the bathroom. After check-in, the employee gave our kids coloring books and a small stuffed seal, which made them very happy. I...

"Nice hotel in a pretty good location."

"The staff was very rude/ tried to get us away from their desk as quickly as possible with as little information or interaction as possible. The room was way smaller that pictured online. Rooms have paper thin walls, and ours was next to a Main Street. All outside noises basically sounded like they were taking place inside the room. 24/7 homeless people screaming, and police sirens racing outside our window. Also, there was no AC, and only a heater?? I honestly wish I could get a refund, and...
