"We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to everything we intended on doing. The rooms were relatively clean. A couple of things to note, if you choose a premiere room they are located on the other side of the property and it’s a bit of a hike. They do tell you an alternate way once you get settled though. The rooms are very warm. Luckily they have fans and the shower head is very low. I’m only 5’5 and I felt they were extremely low. All of these things would not deter us from staying...

"When we checked in the hotel staff was very friendly. We liked the retro setting of the hotel. It isn’t in the best neighborhood but it it centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. There were some great eating places within walking distance. There is a large homeless population but this is normally in large cities. We didn’t have any issues with the homeless and we felt secure in this hotel. "

"Generally, the hotel has an excellent location, a walking distance from Moscone convention center. The services are also good, including the breakfast. A small comment about water bottles. During check in, you got two small water bottles and no more. They should provide new bottles on a daily basis. Alternatively, they can provide a re-fill one to use. Other than this small point, I liked the hotel."

"Amazing weekend getaway for my husband and I! Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was delicious, beds were soooo comfy! Shout out to Bartender Ken and his Butter Fly Way cocktail!"
