"Great beach. Convenient transportation between Palace resort and Barcelo on Lakes from adults only loaction. Food options were varied at restaurants but nothing outstanding about any of them. Wine was good. Buffet food was tasteless but endless..drinks sugary or watered down. Staff was not the friendliest. Our bathroom sink kept filling up with water. Lights kept shutting off and we had to keep messing with switches at bedside to get bathroom area light to work. Appreciated daily housekeeping...

"Excellence Punta Cana is an amazing all inclusive with top notch service, amenities, and cleanliness. This property is a solid 8.5/10, with the only downsides being 1) the beach/ocean are rough and not great for swimming or water activities 2) the restaurants are inconsistent with their food quality and quantity. If you are looking for an affordable and fun getaway at a great all-inclusive I highly recommend Excellence Punta Cana!"

"The bed was uncomfortable and the Brazilian restaurant wasn’t good. Not sure if it was just the bed in our room. Overall the rest of the experience was good. The staff were friendly and outgoing and the pool entertainment and pool staff were great. I’d recommend this resort. "

"Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool was nice and the pool servers did a good job keeping up with drink requests from guests. Specialty restaurants were good but I thought the buffet was small with not a lot of options. Spa was incredible. Would I return? Yes. Pros outweigh the cons. "
