Dining room service, at the pool service & bar service was wonderful. Dont forget to TIP YOUR SERVERS. Clean rooms great air conditioning, great balcony views. Beautiful place, great value... was there before...will be back again. Was there offseason so overcrowding not an issue. Don't forget to tip your servers"

"The atmosphere and energy was fantastic! My main complaint was the tactics used to try and sell their Premier membership. They wanted one hour of our time to explain the benefits, but it turned into 2 1/2 hours of high pressure salesmanship."

"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "

"We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "

"This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy"
