"We’ve stayed at El Cid and Ventus before so this was our first time at Ventus Ha. It was a great experience for us and our kids. We got to stay at the newest building and upgraded to a bigger room that separated the kids beds to ours and had its own tub in there. The tub was amazing. Overall the stay was great as the food, service and weather were amazing. Would definitely stay again. I would recommend once you arrive to book reservations at the restaurants as they have a lot of reservations each day. "

"This is our 4 th visit to the property. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the value is incredible. We stayed in the adult only section and it is amazing. The staff was on top of things and we were served efficiently. The buffets were good offering lots of options. We do totally wish the ala cart restaurant reservation option was different. They reset at midnight and if you don’t select then you are out of luck! We tried every morning and once at 3:30 a.m but no luck. This resort is beautiful and we saw so many animals. We would highly recommend to others"

"Safe and friendly resort. We went with our family and felt extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t worry about the kids. Everyone was welcoming. Grounds were well maintained and the resort was clean. Yes there was some erosion to the beaches but they were still very enjoyable and with many public beaches within walking or biking distance we did not feel we missed out. There’s lots to do at the resort for all ages. Many options for day excursions near by including Tulum, snorkeling and Rio Secreto."

"The grounds were lush and well manicured. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. 3 different resorts all rolled into one so plenty of choices for relaxing. The beach is not good but if you walk 5 mins past the marina you can find a nice part of beach to take a dip. Overall a great resort in my opinion. "
