"It’s a business category wouldn’t stay there with family or for longer stays. The breakfast Buffett could be better, they offered always eggs with ham, and no choice for people who doesn’t eat meet and wants protein. Also the tortilla for the chilaquiles was the worst tortilla ever, amazed that they dare to serve it in Mexico.. just awful . All of our cards (my party had 4 rooms) had to change the keys at the other day, I don’t k ow why they were not valid for the complete stay. No pool.....

"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....
