"In general we had a pretty good vacation. Our room was great with a perfect ocean view. Bathroom could use work but had hot water. Beach is perfect there. Loud music from all night new years party.... Signing tickets for every meal though all inclusive was confusing and annoying.. likely it's done for tips.... If you give one do it in Pesos and right pesos. Lobby was nice. The best part of hotel is service staff. They are really helpful and hard working. Entertainment is minimal if...

"I liked a beautiful beach, clean pools and staff kindness. Didn't like too chilly water in the shower and the long wait for the dinner in the buffet restaurant. Overall I'm glad I have been there."
