"Great overall resort — be aware there are two towers, highly recommend staying at altitude it’s a much nicer experience. Food is just ok, entertainment mixed depending on night some good some just ok. If you are looking for nice resort definitely worth considering great beach too. I would say though If you are looking for something very authentically Mexican, this is not the place. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent stay at Krystal during spring break! Long dining hours. Solid food options for all-inclusive. All inclusive package allows you to make reservations at 3 of their restaurants and they are all really good. Polite staff. Very close to bars and clubs in Zona Hotelera. Excellent views, nice pool setup. Easy beach access. Clean rooms. Beautiful property. The all inclusive drinks are pretty weak though. You can have multiple without feeling drunk. We will be coming back! "
