"I enjoyed my stay at this property, very family friendly, staff were amazing going above and beyond specially Marcela at the lobby bar and Gaspar at the pool. " Overall the property was very good. However, the Air Conditioner in our room did mot work. Reported it twice and then just lived with it. Food and drink was good to excellent. The one thing I would add is a top level liquor option. "

"It was a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the great attentiveness and hospitality provided to us by all members of the staff. We really felt at home and cared for. One suggestion would be to perhaps have smart TVs in the rooms for a better experience when winding down. Other than that an excellent place and we will for sure be coming back!"

"We stayed Jan 11-18, 2025. This was our first time at Grand Fiesta Coral Beach. Previously we stayed at Hyatt Ziva in 2022 and 2024. The good about Grand Fiesta Coral Beach was the dining options/restaurants and the upgraded Infinite floor 11 drinks and food offerings. The beach was also nice and did not feel crowded.
