"Property was always clean, they cleaned the room twice a day and the mini fridge was always stocked. Food was great. Lots of options. Entertainment staff were fun and engaging. Transportation to and from the resort was easy with Lomas. Did wish they did the on site xenote tours more than twice a week because we were unable to attend due to trip arrival and departures. "
