"Great waterfront location with a private pool! Communication with house owner was great, he gave recommendations of things to do in the area. He also responded in a timely manner. Cons: the hot water wasn’t turned on but was easily rectified after talking to the owner. Some parts of the house could use maintenance and deeper cleaning. Overall was a great stay! "

"We loved our stay. The house is beautifully decorated. The property has 3 shared pools but we had them to ourselves the entire stay. The beach is a close walk away as are connivence stores and restaurants. It was cheaper than a resort. Would recommend!"

"The house had plenty of room for all of us! Great location and neighborhood. Can tell they just did some cosmetic upgrades within the house that were nice. Had a few hiccups with getting amenities to work (AC). Would have appreciated a welcome packet that told us about the community, and what we could or couldn't do. Instructions on how appliances and amenities within the house worked. Overall really enjoyed the location and time spent with the family."

"We were so happy to find the house exactly as deacribed, and even better. The house was very well stocked, you will only need your clothes and food. Comfortable, clean, spacious and safe. We rented a car from Cancun and it was easy to find and easy to get between the house, Cancun and Puerto Morelos. We will stay there again and highly recommend it."

"Was in town visiting my girlfriend. Her family was staying with her so I rented this house a couple miles away so we could have our time together. Super convenient location with stores for snacks and supplies right outside of the gate. Nice community, nice area. 10-15 min from Puerto Cancun and Zona Hotel. I will be renting again when I come back and she has visitors at her house! "

"This VRBO is located in a quiet, middle class neighborhood, which is exactly what I'd hoped for. We accessed the downtown area easily via bus or taxi. Also within reasonable distance of grocery shopping, and within walking distance to a convenience store, local restaurants pharmacies, a fresh vegetable/fruit market. My taxi driver had difficulty locating the house, so I spent the 1st night in a locally owned, reasonably priced hotel downtown. My travel partners arrived on later dates and...
