"We often stay at this hotel because it's easy to get to from Penn Station (Amtrak) and easy to get around. Quiet and clean. One thing we wish they'd work on: at several recent visits, only one elevator was in service. "

"The online check in process was a little inconvenient because I needed to send a pic of my driver’s license which made me uncomfortable. The room was small but very clean. No on-site parking so I had to pay a lot to park in a nearby garage. Check out was quick and easy."

"The location of the hotel and the staff was amazing. It's a quiet location with easy access to the subway, multiple restaurants, bars and stores nearby. As for the rooms, they need more electrical outlets, I struggled to find where to plug something in. The doors were very loud when they closed and the automatic lights in the bathroom were an inconvenience. Since the bathrooms are separated by a glass wall, everytime my husband went to the bathroom at night, the room lit up and I woke up."
