Amazing and easy check in. Was hesitant for any hotel in New York due to the large amount of negativity that surrounds their hotel. Would stay again. My boyfriend loved their food service! He said it was delicious and nice and quick.

The property was great and the staff was amazing. The complaint that I have is there were 3 tissues in the box and a half roll of toilet paper in the room with non extra rolls. I had to request toilet paper twice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, l would stay there again. The subway was a two minute walk from the hotel which made it convenient to move about.

We are Hilton Honors members and I brought our 14yo daughter and two friends for an overnight to tour some downtown sights and chose here because Hilton has usually been a solidly comfortable and consistent hotel stay. This was Not anything that was comfortable or consistent in good service. The wait to check in was long and only two service representatives were at front desk. When we received our room, we went upstairs and had a river view of a building. Room was tight and there are barn sliding doors to the bathroom which do not afford any kind of privacy! It would not stay shut either so it was embarrassing for the girls. I went downstairs to ask to be moved to another room without a barn sliding door, and was told there was only a lower floor room. We took it- however, that room had the same sliding bathroom door. I do not know why this is an acceptable trend to have in a hotel renovation or update. It is really terrible design flaw as it surely feels like everyone in the room can hear everything happening in the bathroom! It’s awful. The next morning, I sent the girls down for the included breakfast while I took a work call. When I came down, the server said that I could not have a breakfast because “it was used” by the girls and he had entered the allotment to the room. asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not around the server replied.Went down to front desk and asked for a breakfast coupon which was provided. Strange policy. Inconvenienced &unacceptable.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to subway stations. Walkable to restaurants, Battery park an Wall street. Staff is attentive and kind, overall had a great experience in this hotel.
