Hotel with a Concierge in New York from SAR 287

"This Hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are great. It just needs some sprucing up! To list a few things, the window shades are all frayed, the cabinets at the fridge area do not close properly and the pillows on the bed were horrible. I would still stay here again, it just needs some attention to the details."

"One thing I like about this hotel is that it is convenient to the theatres and Times Square. The hotel is safe but is in need of updating. The rooms are dated and the hallways need some TLC. The floor where my room was located, was just dingy. When I arrived at my room on the first night, there was a glass of half drank water sitting on the bathroom counter. Housekeeping does a good job of checking to see if fresh towels are needed or trash needs to be removed. Again, I only like this...

"Good location"

"Great price, the location was fairly close to broadway, and many restaurants. You can be in Time Square in less than 30 min walking. The room is small, we were tired so we slept well, but there the walls are thin, so you can hear many sounds at night. For a night or two is great. Also they offer parking a property around the corner, so that was great, we probably will be back. "
