"Check in very proficient considering large hotel and checking in at peak time. Room spotless and bathroom well stocked. Bed mattress was a little tired and sagged in the middle, but it was a large bed that gave lots of room. Stayed in room 2019 that was noisy from immediate neighbours. Plaster board area by wardrobe and mirror/hairdryer not good for sound insulation. Maybe we were just unlucky with our over talkative neighbours , but worth a mention. "5 minute walk from Euston, the building inside is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable (my only gripe was that the pillows were far too soft for me). A 5 minute walk took us to Russell Square tube station, 3 stops later we were at Leicester Sq right next to our theatre and plenty of places to eat. "

"Beautiful building and idea central location however i found the room underwhelming! Dark furniture, old single sofa with no finishing touches. The bed however was extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen. For the money breakfast should be included (additional £28 per person per day)."
