"I loved the people that work in this resort they make you feel like royalty!! Workers that work In the kitchen, restaurant, bar, housekeeping, keeping the hotel clean including the bathrooms all over the hotel the guy who was making fresh juices in the morning, the lady that makes omelets, etc they all were amazing!!! I have never stayed in a hotel that made me feel this special and so comfortable like the Dreams vista Cancun resort! It is toooo bad that the beach in this hotel was horrible!! ...

"The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice."
