"It was a large resort with several pools, water parks, and a big beach. The buffets were great and we really liked 3/5 restaurants we tried. Our experience the spa was phenomenal. The majority of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, although we did have a few off experiences. The resort is beautiful and there are quite a bit of night time activities, however all the day time activities were only in the adults only areas, not at the family pools, so we were not able to participate....

"This is not a five star resort, but a five star value. We have stayed at Iberostar properties more than 10 times and they never disappoint. Very good food,.good drinks, great service, friendly atmosphere and at this property an amazing landscape. Plus the best beach anywhere. We will return. One caveat. BD Experience, our shutt service from the airport to the resort had no record of our reservation. Staff claimed this was a recurring issue with Expedia. We waited 45 minutes for them to sort...

"This is my third time visiting the property and it lived up to my previous wonderful experiences. The staff are truly amazing and seem to genuinely want their guests to have a lovely time. I had a very bad back during my stay - I tried to postpone my trip but sadly this was not possible. However, the staff and nomadics did their best to ensure I could join in as much as possible, providing a chair for the sessions and adapting so that I could join in.
