The staff was great and common areas were well appointed. The room was meh (needed some TLC) and the dining options were limited. Weather was to cool to take advantage of water parks or pools. The Christmas music starting at 8am and ending after 10p was a little extra.

The online check in did not work, then I couldn't check in as the room as under my husband's name and he came on a later flight. I was able to catch him to get a pic of his driver's license, but it felt a little ridiculous. Had to ask for linens for the pull out bed. Our room was near the lobby with people running around and yelling most of Saturday night, starting at 10 pm.
