"The Roxy has a great vibe and atmosphere. The bar and restaurant are fun but not too loud. Since we were going to a couple of Broadway plays, the location was a little inconvenient but probably would’ve been better had the weather not been rainy and chilly. Our room wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in - dusty and the floors weren’t clean - but the daily service was good. I would recommend staying here. "

"Great location if you are focused on Brooklyn and surrounding area. Convenient to restaurants and subway stations and local shops. The hotel has a vibe to it. Our disappointment was with the room. The TV went blank every ten to 15 minutes and took several minutes to turn back on. While we asked for service, it was never fixed so we had 3 days with the inconvenience. We set our room to be cleaned but when we returned after being out all day the room hadn’t be cleaned and no fresh towels...
