"Staff amazing, let us check in early! Hotel. Lean and room good size. Area was close to everything and metro down the street!"

"Everything clean and well organized, they encourage the socializing of the guests and offer a lot of activities to do with them for free, besides a cafeteria with various options, vending machines, laundry and shared kitchen. Got the shared room and everyone was polite. The only con is the only one elevator for all the building, can took a while."

"The hotel condition is good and very clean. Everything works pretty well. My complaint is about the staff specially front desk. They’re not willing to assist about anything. I use a cane, and both checking in an out asked for someone to help with my luggage. They were very rude and with no intention to help. I don’t understand why such a big hotel doesn’t have at least one person to assist with it. But the worst thing was the attitude. "
