"Overall good location, main concern or negative with this hotel was cold water coming from shower in February. Staff asked how stay was and mentioned this and I mentioned the shower was cold and they said nothing proceeded to checkout. Other than it was good hotel, old, pillows bit dull, toilet could be cleaner. Overall good safe place I felt minus cold shower. No free breakfast but options to pay. Room had iron, tv, fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer. "

"1. The staff changed my room to a better room after informing them the prior room assigned was way too small for me. I appreciate that. 2. The staff overall was great. 3. Grand Canyon Bistro - Great breakfast, great waiter, great service. 4. The hot tub was not functional and the sauna was not steaming. The life guard was more busy with her side conversations versus paying attention to the sauna. 5. Check out needs to provide a breakdown of charges so they don't overcharge. I had to contact...

"Location was great, hotel has it charms. Unfortunately they have some issues. Beds very poor conditions, sunk in areas, they most be very old or cheap. Toilet leaks, Shower completely clogged we had to request plunger so that my husband can try to fix it. shower curtains smell bad. and had securities issues local man gather in front entrance talking load and staying long hours there, didn't like that at all."

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
