"Location was great, hotel has it charms. Unfortunately they have some issues. Beds very poor conditions, sunk in areas, they most be very old or cheap. Toilet leaks, Shower completely clogged we had to request plunger so that my husband can try to fix it. shower curtains smell bad. and had securities issues local man gather in front entrance talking load and staying long hours there, didn't like that at all."

The concierge reps were great with directionss and greeting guests. In the morning, we went to the restaurant to use the voucher. One of the workers (manager?) was rude. "Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough.
