"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. "This is a great old hotel. The amenities are up to date though, and the rooms are very comfortable. Unfortunately, our heat wasn’t working. We reported that in the morning as we were checking out and they immediately gave us rewards points as a consolation, and said they would address it right away.
