"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was close to transportation and many places to eat. The rooms were a bit dated. The air conditioner did not work. The bedding could also use an upgrade. However, despite the issues I would stay at the Fitzpatrick again."

"I hadn’t stayed at a hostel before this one, and I was skeptical of any lodging outside of Hotels, Air BnB, and family/friends. I saw this spot had great reviews and the price was perfect for me just moving to NYC with no apartment yet. Once I got there, I realized how spoiled I was & how much I could’ve saved if I had started staying at hostels sooner! The spaces is filled with so many different people from all over the world! "We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Eventi. We got a suite and it was comfortable for our family (sofa bed is on the smaller side though) for a New York hotel. One of the downsides was that storage space was very limited. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant. Nice choice of restaurants at the hotel and great location. "
