You’re better off booking at the cosmo for the same exact amount. So many charges for no reason and it’s far from everything. Can’t use the room fridge without an additional charge. Insane.

Hard to believe a room where I’m staying for five days has no microwave or refrigerator. It did have a refrigerator but it was for mini bar use only and you would get something in it they’ll charge you $50 penalty. If you leave your room after 12 it won’t get cleaned. Very few maps to make it easier to get around. We spent most of our time at other casinos.

We herd banking on pipes all night when we told front desk they said we didnt have any type of constrution in that area both rooms had the same noise would no be returning to this hotel or recomend to any friends or family

Our flight got canceled and any attempt to explain to the call centre what happened kept getting screwed up. Instead off cancellation of one missed night they just bumped it one day and that distort for us. Frustrating

It’s so big that it ends up sacrificing quality service. The restaurants are fantastic but the room service is limited and comes on paper plates!
