The location is very good and the room was okay but there was a leak from the ceiling and it didn’t stop though we called the customer service. Some restaurants are located next to the casino area which is so smoky and I didn’t like to go there with a little child.

No notice of the closure of the elevators coming from the 26th floor (from 7 to 2 elevators) during peak transitions of Check-out and Check in. Maintenance team started working at 8:30am each morning while sleeping, including New Years Day! Not impressed with our stay.

Well I tried canceling this multiple times due to getting shingles. I was coming with my daughter to see my Sunt and Uncle. Expedia could never reach the desk to cancel and refund. I am disappointed that I’m paying for something and never step on the property. I didn’t want to spread shingles atound and I tried multiple times to cancel. The people I felt with thru Expedia were kind and I appreciate them, just sad

The only suggestion is that if at check-in you could consider families with underage children be in one wing or next to eachother just to keep the rooms and sounds a bit more PG
