We stay here every year for the NFR. I’ve never had a bad experience until this year. We had a room that was conjoining to another room (doors were locked and shut) but the people in the other room were smoking weed and it was making our room and things reek of weed. I was traveling with kids, so this was definitely not ok. Especially when I’m staying in a non-smoking room. Staff was not helpful at all about it. Our neighbors were also fighting constantly and screaming. Overall it was just not a great experience this time.

Rio Hotel provided me a transcendent experience in many points of view. Several Easy highway entrances and close distances to the strip. Hotel registration was very kind and professional. She put us two rooms next to each other while realizing family trip. Food hall was with several options and parking was super easy and convenient. Definitely want to get back at next biz or private visit.

Rooms did not reflect what was posted on the site, rooms and furniture were in poor condition. The water pressure also was very low. For my first time in Vegas, I don’t plan to ever book at this casino and resort.
