"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"This hotel is a hidden gem. We chose the Romer because we needed 2 queen beds and that is very difficult to find in Manhattan. The location was perfect for us at it was .5 miles from Central Park and .5 miles to Times Square. It is just steps away from the theatre district. There is also a subway station across the street on all the direct lines up and down town. The hotel looked newly remodeled. Very clean, great service, if a little slow. "Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "
