"The room was a nice size for a NYC hotel room, the view was nice, it was surprisingly quiet. We were there in Jan and the room temperature was great and easily controlled. The bathroom had an actual walk in shower instead of a shower tub, which is a huge plus. We were pleasantly surprised at the lobby, which is very nicely designed, the front desk staff was helpful and kind and the security was great in the building, we felt very safe.
