At first I was skeptical because of the previous bad reviews I saw before my stay but as soon as I checked in I greeted by a nice man who upgraded my room! All of the staff were kind and hospitable! The location was extremely convenient! Right in the middle of Times Square near all of the broadway shows & a train stop wasn’t far at all! Definitely a prefect stay for my first time in NYC.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Times Square. The hotel was very affordable especially for the location. We were able to walk to our shows and restaurants easily. I would recommend staying if you’re not too concerned about the appearance of the rooms. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

This was a very affordable and convenient hotel for my first visit to new york. We had an issue with our first room but were promptly taken care of by the friendly man at the front desk. the elevator was sketchy but we like to take the stairs. it isn’t the most visually pleasing but we felt very safe and comfortable on our stay & the restaurant attached was actually very good for a late dinner when everything was packed. close to everything you could need for a first time trip. i would stay here again if i was going to stay around times square.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived later than planned and we were upgraded, the rooms are cleaned everyday. Times Square is as you come out the hotel round the corner so it’s an amazing location specially for the price. Will definitely be staying again
