"Property overall was nice. I liked how modern it was. We stayed the weekend before Christmas and it was nice because it was far enough to be away from crowds and close enough to just hop on the subway. Only 2 complaints. 1) there’s no bathroom or shower door so make sure u real comfortable with the person ur traveling with. There’s 0 privacy when it comes to using the restroom and shower so beware. 2) our water heater broke in the room so we took cold showers one night. Once we did speak to someone they fixed it immediately so really not a big complaint in this one. Just never happened to me before "

"Excellent location!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The first guy checked me in under a completely different person but the manager corrected all of it and was so kind and accommodating. It could have been a mess but they corrected the issue flawlessly. "
