"The hotel was conveniently located. It is has nice character. I was able to check in quickly. My room was very nicely sized for a NYC hotel. While parts of the hotel are a little drabby, it has character. My only complaint was that there was a parking garage on the street level and all through the night the garage door alarm would go off when it opened, which woke me up repeatedly. I did not sleep well. "

"The location and quality of the apartment is perfect for lower midtown. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful - We did have an ongoing issue with communication and learned VRBO outsources certain properties to property managers and thus communication through the app was difficult. We book a lot with several platforms and this was the first clunky experience we have had with a third party involvement. Highly recommend this rental as long as the renter knows the ground rules."

Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience."
