It was nice to check in early. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. Our TV was giving us issues and a staff member came to look at it immediately. We were able to store our bags after checkout so we didn't have to haul them around at the Macy Day parade. All these things made for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again!

I would like to recognize the performance and kindness of Mohammed (bellboy) , the front desk Manager (don't remember the name) and also one lady from the front desk, she have short black hair and glasses she speaks English and Spanish (also don't remember the name). hotel itself is great room was super tight for cost location is right near penn station and msg but there were alot of vagrants and marajuana smoke and garbage in the street in the area outside the property.
