"The property does not have the usual amenities like coffee, etc. But cafe is right next door. Facility is very clean and the room was quiet and comfortable with the exception of some radiator heating problems, but staff amd manager right there to help. All staff was welcoming. Will definitely use on my next trip."

"The room was a nice size for a NYC hotel room, the view was nice, it was surprisingly quiet. We were there in Jan and the room temperature was great and easily controlled. The bathroom had an actual walk in shower instead of a shower tub, which is a huge plus. We were pleasantly surprised at the lobby, which is very nicely designed, the front desk staff was helpful and kind and the security was great in the building, we felt very safe. "Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "
