One of the reason I chose this hotel because of the pool, indoor /outdoor pool on winter is a must for my family. But...when we got there, the pool was broken, bummer! Since they have bigger bath tub in the room, so its not really a big problem for my kids. Problem solve. And, what special, Im not sure if its upgraded, but we got the room that face the Sphere, its awesomely WOW. "
