"Quiet private beach"

"This hotel is right on Playa Norte which was a beautiful beach with calm waters. Easy walk to the ferry terminal as well as a lot of wonderful restaurants. We came in late January and the vibe was very quiet. The one bedroom suite was spacious with a kitchenette and balcony. And the staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and responsive to any need!"

"We love everything except the balconies were not usable because of pigeon poop"

"This was my 1st time at Isla and was solo. I stayed at 4 locations, around the island to explore as much as possible. For location to the main downtown, restaurants, shopping, playa central public beach, this place is by the best. It was tidy, hot water, tv, wifi, mini fridge, all functioned perfectly the whole stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I felt very safe there. The pool area was very nice and great view. Sitting on my personal balcony watching the sunrise is so wonderful too. "

"The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!"

"The view was so beautiful..close to the snorkeling spot and the views are the best ..about 100 steps from Norte beach …awesome restaurant called garden grill for breakfast/lunch and few doors down is Grill their sister restaurant that serves dinner all so so delicious "

"I’ve stayed at multiple properties on Isla Mujeres and this one is by far the best. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff were so anttentive and friendly. I really liked that this was truly an all inclusive and there were no up charges aside from spa services. There were plenty of waiters, bartenders, and loungers by the pool and on the beach. It was also nice that all of the restaurants had menus and the options were based on local ingredients. I’m a picky eater and I don’t think there was a single thing I tired I didn’t like. The breakfast at Boga… chefs kiss. Special shout out to Reyes, the activities coordinator who kept up entertained throughout our stay. I will definitely be back and I have already recommended this property to multiple friends and family. "
