"This hotel is right on Playa Norte which was a beautiful beach with calm waters. Easy walk to the ferry terminal as well as a lot of wonderful restaurants. We came in late January and the vibe was very quiet. The one bedroom suite was spacious with a kitchenette and balcony. And the staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and responsive to any need!"

"This was our second stay at Priveleges. We ended up with unit 616 which is a Deluxe Ocean view suite. This unit was at the beach end of the property and had an amazing deck and view. The pool decking has been upgraded to a composite material since our last visit which was a nice addition. The staff and food were excellent. Having breakfast and dinner at Playa Norte Beach Club, was fantastic. The loungers and palapas on the beach were relaxing and enjoyable. I would suggest booking garden or ocean view rooms at this property, as the other categories may put you on the street or graveyard side of the property. The location is great with walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars, plus many street food options. The ferry terminal is walkable, but it is only 100 pesos or so to take a taxi. I would rate this as an excellent place to stay. "

"The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!"

"The view was so beautiful..close to the snorkeling spot and the views are the best ..about 100 steps from Norte beach …awesome restaurant called garden grill for breakfast/lunch and few doors down is Grill their sister restaurant that serves dinner all so so delicious "

"I’ve stayed at multiple properties on Isla Mujeres and this one is by far the best. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff were so anttentive and friendly. I really liked that this was truly an all inclusive and there were no up charges aside from spa services. There were plenty of waiters, bartenders, and loungers by the pool and on the beach. It was also nice that all of the restaurants had menus and the options were based on local ingredients. I’m a picky eater and I don’t think there was a single thing I tired I didn’t like. The breakfast at Boga… chefs kiss. Special shout out to Reyes, the activities coordinator who kept up entertained throughout our stay. I will definitely be back and I have already recommended this property to multiple friends and family. "
