"The only blemish in our stay were the 2 guys making the omelettes whose customer service skills were none existent. Except for those 2 bozos, the stay, the room, the rest of the staff, the drinks, the food, and everything else was excellent. Great job Izla and thank you for an awesome stay. "Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food was about average. Only real issue were the guests that spent all day at the pool bar and then yell and scream obscenities for hours because they’re wasted. These were people in their 40s-60s acting like spring break college kids. We had a lovely room near the pool and were glad the pool bar closed at 6. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way for you. "

"Everything was perfect. Minus the fact that you can’t find any food or beverage at all on the resort after 11pm. Also the dinner service every night was extremely slow and the staff claimed to be out of a lot of food items the whole trip - turns out they just didn’t want to make them… outside of that, the resort is beautiful and well maintained and the staff wait on you hand and foot. Definitely would go back. "

"The staff was the absolute best!!! Renting a golf cart was easy, walking about easy, relaxing on the beach so nice. The property is to the south of the island, so away from all the party scene, but still a great party vibe. We stayed a week and would absolutely stay again. "We spent December 30 and 31 at this property. The island was hopping, rowdy and joyous. Casa del Jaguar was a quiet, elegant oasis from the partying when we needed it.
