"Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food was about average. Only real issue were the guests that spent all day at the pool bar and then yell and scream obscenities for hours because they’re wasted. These were people in their 40s-60s acting like spring break college kids. We had a lovely room near the pool and were glad the pool bar closed at 6. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way for you. "

"Best location in Isla on Playa Norte. Beach has eroded some but still plenty of room for beach chairs and umbrella, that are complimentary with stay. Water is crystal clear and warm. Rooms are basic with mini fridge and bottled water. Shower has no pressure, and pack your own hair dryer and beach towels."

"I’ve stayed at multiple properties on Isla Mujeres and this one is by far the best. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff were so anttentive and friendly. I really liked that this was truly an all inclusive and there were no up charges aside from spa services. There were plenty of waiters, bartenders, and loungers by the pool and on the beach. "The pictures of the room I chose was not what the room looked like. The Tv was smaller than a microwave but not in the pictures of the room I purchased. The WiFi did not work. Otherwise the view and sounds of the ocean was tranquil."

"Our first visit. Was wonderful guest service. Property views were beautiful (could use some remodeling) Wasn’t super crowded whic was nice. Food was ok but there were places within walking distance to eat too. I would go back "
