"We had a family of four stay for four nights March 20-24, 2025. Overall, amazing location. Great beach access - crystal blue water. It was very busy spring break zone but it never felt too crazy and was quiet after about 8PM. The room was nice - we didn't have a shower curtain so water got all over the floor (room 105) - felt old school motel but cool. Everything was walkable. Even the ferry was only 20 min. We will be back. Great value! Staff was helpful "
