"The pictures of the room I chose was not what the room looked like. The Tv was smaller than a microwave but not in the pictures of the room I purchased. The WiFi did not work. Otherwise the view and sounds of the ocean was tranquil."

"Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food was about average. Only real issue were the guests that spent all day at the pool bar and then yell and scream obscenities for hours because they’re wasted. These were people in their 40s-60s acting like spring break college kids. We had a lovely room near the pool and were glad the pool bar closed at 6. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way for you. "

"Our first visit. Was wonderful guest service. Property views were beautiful (could use some remodeling) Wasn’t super crowded whic was nice. Food was ok but there were places within walking distance to eat too. I would go back "

"The only blemish in our stay were the 2 guys making the omelettes whose customer service skills were none existent. Except for those 2 bozos, the stay, the room, the rest of the staff, the drinks, the food, and everything else was excellent. Great job Izla and thank you for an awesome stay. Very quiet and restful vaca."

"Everything was perfect. Minus the fact that you can’t find any food or beverage at all on the resort after 11pm. Also the dinner service every night was extremely slow and the staff claimed to be out of a lot of food items the whole trip - turns out they just didn’t want to make them… outside of that, the resort is beautiful and well maintained and the staff wait on you hand and foot. Definitely would go back. "
