"This was our first stay at Romer Hell’s Kitchen, but it won’t be the last. The entire facility was well thought out, and EVERY SINGLE staff person was super helpful, polite, and most importantly, genuinely friendly. The location was fantastic. And as a rare NYC bonus, the garage was actually under the building, so we didn’t have to search for a garage and walk multiple blocks. We will definitely return to Romer Hell’s Kitchen!"

"Property was great, location is great, staff were great everything is close. Only thing negative thing I can say about this property is that the rooms aren’t very sound proof and you can hear people talking in the hallway and adjacent rooms as if they were in your room. I’m a light sleeper and I use ear plugs often so I was fine. "
