Formerly my favourite Kimpton Hotel with an amazing rooftop bar and outdoor lounge, nice restaurant, free coffee and wine happy hour, room upgrades for loyalty. None of the above currently exists, sad. Rooms are still decent size and good views in many rooms higher up. No bath towels when we arrived, ok but not great service at desk. Reportedly soon under new management. Hope they can bring back the former Kimpton quality, amenities style and attention to customer enjoyment ! Otherwise stay elsewhere until ink 48 brings back its former glory.

After finally checking into our room. There were no washcloths for myself or my spouse. We called down immediately and ended up having to wash up with hand towels. There was also an issue with the lighting in the room, which was also reported upon arrival. The light did not get fixed during our stay. We also had a major issue of dust on one of the fixtures. It was so thick, I tried to wipe it off with my hand because there were no additional towels available.
