"Friendly staff "

"The staff were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean, the housekeeping staff were helpful. The location is within walking distance of Broadway shows. The only complaint is that the pillows were kind of lumpy. Aside from that minor complaint, the experience was everything I could have asked for."

"Excellent experience. Great location (wonderful dining options very close by), the property is attractive & well-maintained, & the staff were all exceptionally kind & attentive. I made good use of & appreciated the fitness center (the water dispenser in there is not adequate, though). The room was good (we liked the little “kitchen corner nook” & our city view). We would have preferred a coffee maker in the room, though. But all-in-all, we were very pleased & would definitely return. A great place!"

"I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is very well maintained. I had an issue with the heater in my room. It was fixed promptly. One small issue was that the room service never refilled the body lotion in the bathroom… they replaced the old towels and bedsheet and cleaned the room everyday (I stayed for 3 days)."

"Central and conveniently located within quick walking distance to Hell's Kitchen, Broadway theaters, Times Square. Can walk to Hudson River in 15 minutes and Central Parkv within 20. Lots of food options surrounding the area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had. Lots of hot and cold food selections. Staff friendly and helpful. "
