"What a gem! Took granddaughter to NYC for her 10th bday and this was the perfect place to stay. It had been 25 Myers since I was in NY and remembered the tiny rms with barely room to walk between the beds. The rooms here were spacious, comfortable and came with fridge and microwave. Housekeeping staff wanted to please and the front desk had answers for all our questions. Definitely will stay here again1"

"Possibly our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel went above and beyond more than we could have ever imagined for our stay there. Room was clean, spacious and an excellent view. Some additional storage would have been good but we were there a week ago had more stuff than the usual guests. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Lifts not as bad as people make out. Although one lift was broke for 2 days which made it a little slower. All in all a fantastic stay that the hotelase special for us. Huge shout-out to Chana 👏"

"We stayed here for the third time, we just love the hotel but our room was on 14th floor and at the front of the hotel so was a bit noisy. "

"Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Breakfast was mediocre, but with so many dining choices nearby it wasn’t an issue. Less than a 5 minute walk to subway, Port Authority, and Time Square. "

"I found this property very convenient to get to the cruise port and also get to the movie theater. The bedroom was not large, but I expected to be the average size for the location as it is in New York City, the only issue I had was the Internet. It was glitchy at times, I had to try several times to login but once you got it working generally it was good most of the time. Also, there was a plastic piece of the grate on the AC heating unit that was on the floor. All they would have to do is glue the piece back on permanently"
