"We enjoyed the property a lot. We were with a group who had kids as well ages 8-13. The water slides were incredible. There were tons of activities including laser tag and a trampoline park (both required extra payment) but I think the kids loved all that the resort offered. Me and my wife enjoyed the specialty restaurants, and the days by the pool. The beaches had seaweed unlike the puerto Vallarta side and the waves weren’t too big to do activities in. "This place was great for our family. Great new gym. It’s not a five start place and honestly the walls echo every little noise… every door slamming sounds like a bomb in the building. But Our neighbors were loud and I called it in and they came right up to deal with it. I didn’t get much sleep the first three nights but when I asked for ear plugs the last two that really helped. The facility is tired and needs repairs, but the staff and the location more to a make up for it. the place...

"Outstanding!!!! We had a wonderful 5 night stay. Stuff was incredibly nice and helpful. Many food options including fabulous breakfast with delicious choices. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. The view from our balcony was breath taking. We loved the pools, hot tub and the beautiful beach. Worth every penny. "

"We loved all the amenities at the Grand. A great place for our family vacation. All ages enjoyed. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the buildings. They are showing their age. One family had to move because of the air conditioner. It needs some attention to detail. Please keep it up to keep families coming back. "
