"Love love love the Majestic resorts- finally now staying at the Mirage. We have stayed at the Colonial and the Elegance prior but the Mirage took it up to another level! Easy check in and check out when upgrading to the Mirage Club. We opted for a roof top with jacuzzi room in the adults only section. "Excellent! Not our first stay and won’t be our last! We had a great time! The staff is amazing! To name a few, Dania and Ivan at the buffet, excellent service! Francisca and De la Paz at the snack bar, amazing! Wally at the pool bar, great with kids, amazing service too! The gentlemen that cleans the pool, they work hard at keeping things clean! "Great property but check in an out was not good. Check in lobby had loud music and couldn’t hear anything. They were only interested in selling us a membership. Place is huge and no briefing on the trolley system which would have helped greatly. Was not told that we needed a ticket to check out and give the bellman before they would let you leave.
